Have YOU attended a Working Bee this year?
If not, PLEASE come along. It is for 2 short hours. It will be even shorter if we have a large number of people working together. We have a small band of parents and children who regularly work like champions to make a difference to our school but we have literally hundreds of families who are yet to experience the delights of a Working Bee. This is your chance!
Tomorrow, Saturday 15 October, we have our final Working Bee for the year. We need as much help as we can muster! We have grand plans but these will only be realised if we have many people working together. If you have a wheelbarrow we would love to borrow it for the day. We have a huge mound of mulch to move into our new play area and numerous other tasks including: securing shade cloth over the arbour, painting the Ga-Ga pit boards, boardwalk and new seating, reinstating the bike racks, whipper snippering around the orchard and chicken coop, moving the scooter rack from the east side to the north side of the Manabí building, tidy up under stairs and around buildings, secure the cloth above the arbour and behind the senior playground and rehanging the paintings on the junior playground fenceline.
